1.ChecktheconditionoftheoutletttingO-rings
(sectionvalvemanifoldonly),endcapO-rings,back
seatingO-rings,ballseatfordamageorwear(Figure84
andFigure85).
Note:ReplaceanydamagedorwornO-ringsorseats.
2.Applygreasetothevalvestemandinsertitintothe
valvestemseat(Figure84andFigure85).
3.Installthevalvestemandseatintothemanifoldand
securethestemandseatwiththestemretainer(Figure
84andFigure85).
4.EnsurethatthebackseatingO-ringandtheballseat
arealignedandseatedintotheendcaptting(Figure
84andFigure85)
5.Installtheendcapttingassemblyontothemanifold
bodyuntiltheangeoftheendcapttingtouchesthe
manifoldbody(Figure84andFigure85),thenturnthe
endcapttinganadditional1/8to1/4turn.

thetting.
6.Inserttheballintothevalvebody(Figure86).
