B. Rotate both tie rods equally to move the
front of the tires inward or outward.
C. T ighten the tie rod jam nuts when the toe-in
adjustment is correct.
T orque the tie rod jam nuts to 62 to 74 N∙m
(45 to 55 ft-lb).
7. After completing the toe-in adjustment, ensure
that there is full steering travel in both directions.
There should be no contact between any
machine components as you move the wheels
from lock to lock. Adjust, if necessary .
T orquing the Wheel Lug
Nuts
Service Interval : After the rst 2 hours
After the rst 10 hours
Every 200 hours
Wheel lug nut torque specication: 109 to 122 N∙m
(80 to 90 ft-lb)
T orque the lug nuts at the front and rear wheels
in a crossing pattern as shown in Figure 50 to the
specied torque.
