The quick couplers are dif cult to
connector disconnect.
1. The hydraulic pressure not relieved
(the quick coupler is under pressure).
1. Shut of f the engine, move the
hydraulic-lift lever forward and
backward several times, and connect
the quick couplers for the ttings in the
auxiliary hydraulic panel.
1. The hydraulic-uid level is low . 1. Service the hydraulic reservoir .
2. The hydraulic uid is hot. 2. Check the hydraulic-uid level and
service if it is low . Contact an
Authorized Service Dealer .
The power steering moves hard.
3. The hydraulic pump not operating.
3. Contact an Authorized Service Dealer .
1. The tting is loose. 1. T ighten the tting.The hydraulic tting leaks.
2. The hydraulic tting is missing an
O-ring.
2. Install the missing O-ring.
1. The quick couplers are not fully
connected.
1. Disconnect the quick couplings,
remove and debris from the couplings,
connect the couplings. Replace any
damaged couplings.
An attachment does not function.
2. The quick couplers are interchanged. 2. Disconnect the quick couplings, align
the couplings to the correct ports on
the auxiliary hydraulic panel, connect
the couplings.
The engine does not start.
1. The hydraulic-lift lever is locked in the
O N position.
1. Set the hydraulic-lift lock to the U NLOCK
position, move the hydraulic-lift lever to
N EUTRAL , and start the engine.
