4 Replacement Procedures
Disassembling the ODD (Slot-load)
NOTE: Do not disassemble the ODD when it is working normally. Disassemble or replace
the ODD only if it fails.
Disassemble the ODD according to the following procedures and Figure 4.21.
1. Remove the two M2x3 screws securing the ODD bracket to the ODD.
2. Remove the ODD bracket from the ODD.
3. Remove the M2x3 screw securing the ODD board to the ODD.
4. Remove the ODD board from the ODD.
