Misfeed in the fuser unit
Do not touch the fuser unit or the metal area around it. Since they are very hot, you could be
burned or the shock could cause an injury to your hand.

Open the Automatic duplexing
unit.

Open the jam releasing cover.

Holding the green knob, open
the transport guide. If no mis-
fed paper can be found on the
exit side, perform step 8 and
subsequent steps in Tip.
