- Be very careful to treat the touch panel gently and never hit it. Breaking the surface could cause
malfunctions.
- DO NOT turn the main switch OFF with jammed paper left inside the Colour Capable Departmental
Systems.
This could cause malfunctions when the main switch is turned ON next time.
- Be sure to turn the main switch OFF when leaving the office or if there is a power outage. However, DO
NOT turn the main switch OFF if the weekly timer is in use.
