5. WHEN USING THE DEPARTMENT CODES
Jobs sent to the equipment without a Department Code or not a registered Department Code will appear in
the Invalid Queue of Job status.
To Restore the Invalid Code (print error) to the Normal Print

Press the [INVALID] button to display the
list.

Press the user name on the list you want
to print.

Press the [RELEASE] button.

The department code entry screen is
displayed. Key in the correct department
code.
