CONFIRMING THE STATUS OF FAX/INTERNET FAX JOB
Fax (optional)/Internet Fax JOB displays its status and enables to delete and send the job. 4 jobs are listed
on each screen (page). The jobs for 250 pages (1,000 jobs) are available to display. Press the [Next] button
to display the 5th job or later, and press the [Prev] button to display the previous page.

- Items of list
File No.: Number of accepted job order
To: Recipient
Date, Time: Date and time at the time of registration
Pages: Number of pages to be sent
Status: Status of jobs or specified time for Delayed TX Reservation
- Buttons
[Delete]: The button becomes active when the deletable job is selected. When this button is pressed, the
job is deleted.
* The [DELETE] button does not become active if Fax, Internet Fax, E-mail reception or print job on the
list is selected.
[RESERVATION LIST]: To print the pending job list (including Delayed TX Reservation job), press this
button.
[SEND]: The button becomes active when the job for Delayed TX Reservation (Fax only) is selected.
To cancel the Delayed TX Reservation, press this button.
