Send/Receive Log
When pressing the [SEND] or [RECEIVE] button on the log menu, the sending/receiving status of Fax or
Internet Fax is displayed.
- Items of list
File No.: Number of accepted job order
To: Recipient’s Fax number or recipient’s E-mail address
From: Sender’s Fax number or sender’s E-mail address
Date, Time: Date and time at the time of sending or receiving Fax or Internet Fax
Pages: Number of pages of sent or received Fax or Internet Fax
Status: Status of job displayed with ‘OK’ or ‘Error code’ "12.ERROR CODE" Page 204
- Buttons
[JOURNAL]: To print the sending/receiving status, press this button. See "10.PRINTING SEND/RECEIVE
LOG LIST OF FAX" Page 201 for details.
[ENTRY]: To register the Fax number or E-mail address in the sending/receiving status to the address
book, press this button. See "9.ADDRESS REGISTRATION FROM LOG LISTS" Page 199 for details.
[RETURN]: To return to the log menu, press this button.
