User Interface = ID MTR ERR
Air Handler Fault LED = 2 Flash
or
Furnace Fault LED = No Fault Reported
Problem Description
• Blower horsepower does not match blower
specifications stored in the indoor Personality Module
(PM) data files
Possible Causes/Solutions
• Incorrect blower horsepower for unit applied
• Incorrect PM for unit applied
- If the blower motor and PM are correct, replace the
blower motor
Error 114: PM bad or missing
Comfort Control = Err 114
User Interface = No Alert Displayed
Outdoor Unit Fault LED = 14 Flash
Problem Description
• Outdoor unit Personality Module (PM) data corrupt
or Personality Module (PM) missing
- System will continue to operate with this error if
original PM data has not been corrupted but a fault will
be displayed on comfort control
Possible Causes/Solutions
• Outdoor PM is either not connected or connected but
not seated properly
• Incorrect PM for model family connected
- Verify model/serial number on PM sticker matches
with unit applied
• PM could be corrupted due to power surge or
damaged due to faulty field wiring
- Disconnect power, reconnect PM, then reapply power
to unit; if error does not clear replace PM

RED-1 ON, 2 &3 OFF
Problem Description
• Input AC voltage is at or below 22vAC while under load
Possible Causes/Solutions
• Ensure proper sized transformer is installed
- 75va for air handlers
- 50va for furnaces
• Check low voltage wiring to air cleaner
