Disposing of packaging materials
The individual components of the packaging are correspondingly marked
and mainly consist of the following materials:
 Wood
 Cardboard
 PP- and PE film
 Polystyrene
Separate the different materials and dispose of them accordingly using your
local waste management service. Observe the guidelines and regulations for
disposal in the country of use.
Setting up the machine
Ground requirements
The machine may only be mounted on a stable concrete surface (concrete
class at least B25 or the corresponding standard in the country concerned)
or on an equivalent steel construction. The safe working load must be at
least 25 N/mm². The installation location must not be subject to vibration and
must be suitable for static and dynamic loads. The floor must be level.
If special equipment is used that enables mobile operation, it will be
described in the service specifications.
Permitted operating conditions
The space required for operation and maintenance depends on individual
requirements.
The place of installation must fulfil the following conditions:
 Normal atmosphere (not containing oil or gas, no corrosive components)
DANGER
Explosion hazard!
The machine is not explosion-protected.
 Do not operate the conveyor in potentially explosive atmospheres.
