3.3 Limits
Min and Max Pos
The position limits of the pan and tilt axes in degrees.
Max Rate
Maximum pan and tilt rates in deg/s.
Max Accel
Maximum pan and tilt accelerations in deg/s/s.
Cont Cur
Maximum motor current in amps that can be supplied indefinitely.
Peak Cur and Peak Cur Time
Higher motor currents up to the Peak Cur limit in amps can be applied for up to Peak Cur Time in
seconds; thereafter, all currents are limited to the Cont Cur until a sufficient amount of time has
passed.
Init Cur
The amount of current in amps that is used for phase initialization of the gimbal. Note that during
phase initialization only, Cont Cur and Peak Cur limits are not applied.
Abs Max Power
The maximum power supplied to each motor in watts. When limiting the power draw of the gimbal,
the Abs Max Power and the Init Cur are the primary limits to change.
