GYRATORY COMPACTOR DOES NOT TURN ON
✓
Ensure that the unit is plugged in.
✓
Check that the power switch is in the ON position.
✓
Check that the fuse for the wall outlet is not blown.
✓
Check the power to the wall outlet.
CONTROL UNIT DISPLAYS KEYPAD ERROR
✓
A key is stuck. Check the keypad. To replace, call a Troxler
Service Center.
MOVING PARTS ARE NOT MOVING
✓
Check that all shrouds are in place.
✓
Ensure the unit is turned on.
✓
A switch may be broken. Check the shroud and emergency
switches.
CONTROL UNIT DISPLAYS: A Panel Interlock Switch is
Open
✓
Check that all the shrouds are properly mounted and secured.
CONTROL UNIT DISPLAYS: Emergency Switch Is Closed.
Rotate To Open
✓
The emergency stop feature is active. To deactivate, rotate the
〈EMERGENCY〉 stop button clockwise. The control unit
returns to the Machine Idle screen.
