4.2 Print Head Replacement
1. Turn off the printer power.
2. Remove the RS-232 cable and power cord.
3. Open the top cover.
4. Remove the ribbon and label roll.
5. Open the print carriage.
6. Remove the screw at the top front center of the mechanism, as shown.

7. Disconnect the print head cable.
