Corrections
1.1 Close the door more tightly or readjust
the door switch to activate earlier.
2.1 Check the valve as per para 10.4 sections
35 & 36. Replace either the fast exhaust
valve (73), no return valve or clean the
drain line as needed.
2.2 Clean clogged strainer.
Possible cause check-up and tests
1.1 As the pressure in the chamber rises
during the heat up stage it presses
outward on the door. This can cause the
door switch to be released and cause the
system to think the door is opened.
2.1 Fast exhaust valve (73) is faulty or the
discharge line from the chamber to drain
is clogged or the no return valve is faulty.
2.2 Strainer is clogged

Symptom
