OPERATING THE TRUCK
STOPPING AND PARKING THE TRUCK
1. Park truck in designated parking areas only.
2. Make sure truck does not block re aisles, re equipment,
stairways or walkways.
3. Set the parking brake (handle in the vertical position [upright]).
4. Depress the lower button to lower the load carrying device to the
oor.
5. Turn ignition switch to “off” position and remove key, if equipped.
6. Disconnect the battery.
7. Block the drive wheel securely to prevent accidental movement on
uneven surfaces.
• To prevent unauthorized use, always remove the key, if
equipped, from the ignition switch when left unattended
unless you are within sight of or less than 8 m (25 ft) from the
truck.
