9.2.2.2.3. REJECTION OF SET_ATTRIBUTE_SINGLE REQUEST
If an I/O connection has been established with a master through the Forward_Open request and a
successful response, any request to set the selected assembly through the Assembly Instance
Selector object is rejected. These attributes may only be changed when no I/O connection is
established, i.e. before the Forward_Open request.
