Problem: You cannot access the web interface login page.
If the transmitter is using a
static IP address, there may be
something wrong with the
static network settings.
Check the static network settings on the touchscreen.
Menu path on touchscreen: Menu > Transmitter > Network
The Ethernet cable may be
disconnected from the
transmitter.
1. Open the transmitter cover.
2. If the Ethernet connector's green light is not blinking,
reconnect the Ethernet cable.
3. Check the current IP address of the transmitter on the
touchscreen, at the bottom left corner of the configuration
menu .
4. Reconnect to the web interface using the current IP address.
Problem: There is no Modbus TCP/IP connection.

The Modbus o/on setting may
be o.
Make sure that Modbus o/on is set on.

Problem: Logging in to the web interface fails.
Possible cause: Solution:
The transmitter's time has not
been set correctly. Some
browsers do not accept valid
browser sessions if the
transmitter's time is
significantly dierent from the
browser's time.
Set the transmitter's time on the touchscreen so that browsers
will be able to create a valid browser session.
Menu path on touchscreen: Menu > Transmitter > Date and
time
You have forgotten your web
interface password.
Restore factory default settings and reconnect to the web
interface. When you reconnect, you will be prompted to give the
activation code and create new users and passwords.
