9. Installing Software
Disregard this section in case the PC system is supplied with the
equipment. (The software has already been installed.)
9.1 Before Beginning
 Ensure that the Emergency Stop Switch is in OFF position
prior to starting with the InstallPakage installation.
 Do not install the programs irrelevant to image acquisition and
view on the same PC. There may be subtle conflicts between
them, leading to the malfunction.
 The image viewer program such as EzDent-i or the one from
the 3rd party should be installed in advance before the
InstallPakage installation. For the information on their
installation procedures, refer to the corresponding manuals.
 Before InstallPakage installation, ensure that the video card
driver installed on the PC is the most up-to-date version. To
check this, go to the Website: www. nvidia.com.
 Perform virus scan for the PC and InstallPakage program with
the anti-virus program prior to proceeding with its installation.
