DIRECT INTUBATION TRAINER
The GlideScope Direct intubation trainer requires high‑level disinfection prior to use. For more information
about the risk classification of AVL system components, see Table 5 on page38.
Do not use metal or abrasive brushes, scrub pads, or rigid tools to clean the blade. The window that
protects the camera and light can be scratched, permanently damaging the device.
This component is heat‑sensitive, and exposing it to temperatures in excess of 60°C (140°F) will cause
damage to the electronics.

1. Ensure the video monitor has been turned off.
