Cannot connect using UM150 overseas − Not finding network “Searching
for network” message in VZAccess. LED on the USB Modem is solid RED
• Verify that you are not trying to connect with a BroadbandAccess/NationalAccess
card while outside the US.
• Check that the card is inserted correctly and that the SIM is installed correctly.
• Ensure that the wireless network’s coverage extends to your current location. You
may be in a non-covered service area.
Cannot connect using UM150 overseas

VZAccess Manager finds a
network, however “Connect” button cannot be selected.
• Re-run device wizard. Click on “Options” tab, Run Wizard or hit CRTL-N.
• Shutdown VZAccess Manager and reboot your PC.

• Close VZAccess Manager
• Remove external card and reboot PC
• Check that SIM card is correctly inserted into the UM150
