1.4. Components
An overview of the main components, optional components, and features of the AHU is mentioned in this section. AHU
components include the indoor unit and remote monitoring software. Figure 1-2 shows the main components of AHU.

AHU includes EC Fan, Filer, Coil, EPIV, Air Damper, and iCOM Controller. The description of the main components is
tabulated in Table 1-2.

Component Description
Cabinet-Aluminum
profile and foaming
board
The cabinet frame is composed of aluminum profile and foaming board. The inner and
outer panels of the foaming board are made of 0.8 mm galvanized steel sheet and filled with
polyurethane foam insulation. The cabinet is coated with o-white powder and has a flat finish.
The hinged door can be opened.
Cabinet-Sheet metal The cabinet frame is made of 2.5mm, 2.0mm and 1.2mm folded galvanized steel. The outer panel
is made of 1.2 mm galvanized steel sheet and insulated with foam insulation. The cabinet is
coated with o-white powder and has a textured finish. The hinged door can be opened.
