11.2.2. Annual Maintenance Kit
The GC Zero Air generator is designed to operate continuously for an entire year before service is required.
An annual maintenance kit is available as a spare part. This kit includes the following parts:
• Replacement cartridge for coalescent lter AF20 (4pcs.)
11.2.3. Three-Year Catalyst Replacement Kit
A 3-year catalyst replacement kit is available as a spare part. The catalyst must be replaced every 3 years to
ensure the removal of CO and HC to the 0.1 ppm level. This kit includes the following parts:
• 1 oven/catalyst
• 1 cooling coil
• Replacement cartridge for coalescent lter
WARNING: Only qualied staff should perform service on this generator. Any damage
done to this product as a result of improper maintenance procedures will void the
warranty.
11.3. ANNUAL PRE-FILTER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT
• Remove the lter bowl by pressing on the lever and turning the bowl counter-clockwise until the arrows are
aligned (Diagram 1 and 2).
• Unscrew the lter element base and remove element (Diagram 3).
• Insert the new element from your annual maintenance kit and reassemble the lter in reverse order
(Diagram 4).
