When the torque for the friction
clutch is too low, the friction disc
should be replaced. The friction
discs on the friction clutch are
changed as follows:
• Tighten all the bolts on the
friction clutch.
• Remove the circlip shown.
• Take the lock on the friction
clutch apart and remove it.
• Bend back the edges of the
clutch housing shown.
• Take the friction clutch apart
and replace the friction discs.
• Assemble the friction clutch.
• Bend the edges of the clutch
housing shown back in again.
• Fit and assemble the lock.
• Fit the circlip.
• Loosen all bolts on the friction
clutch.
Note; The settings for the
coupling's springs cannot be
adjusted.
• Torque is 1500Nm.
