• Lift the cutting unit and put
some supports under the
cutter bar or the forks of a fork
truck.
• Release pressure out of
suspension.
• Lower the cutter bar on the
supports or forks.
• Close hydraulic system.
• Remove the stone guard on
the RH-side.
• Remove the 5 bolts holding
the cutter bar to the bracket.
• Remove the 4 bolts of the
bracket.
• Remove the bracket.
• Open the front guard.
• Remove the guard around the
PTO shaft between the
transmission and the cutter
bar.
• Remove the inserts located in
the cone.
NB! Older models only had
one steel insert inside the
cone
