• Torques for the bolts holding
the bracket on the frame;
81Nm. (60 ft/lb).
• Torques for the bolts holding
the stone guards; 47Nm. (35
ft/lb)
• Remove the stone guard on
the LH side.
• Remove the 5 bolts on the LH
side
• Move cutter bar just far
enough sideways to get the
conus out of the conical hole
in the LH support bar on the
LH side by using a crowfoot.
• Lift the cutting unit or lower
the cutter bar in case it’s lying
on the forks of a fork-truck.

Y
• For assembly it’s the other way
around.
• Torques; on each side of the
cutter bar;
X 130 Nm (96 ft/lb)
+ Lock tide 241
Y 85 Nm (63 ft/lb)
NB! For these 5 bolts on each
side, always use the Nord-Lock
washers!
Use the wide ribs on the inside as
shown on the picture!
