After the first 50 hrs. thereafter
every 200 hours or once a year.
The oil is changed as follows:
• Remove the guard
• Remove oil plug1, 2 and 3.
• Let the oil flow into a suitable
container.
• Allow the last of the oil to drip
out of the transmission for
approx. 10 - 15 minutes.
• Fit oil plug 3 and tighten it.
For gearboxes always use
SAE GL5 EPX 80W-90
• Fill the new oil through the
hole for oil plug 1.
• The correct oil level is
reached when the oil reaches
the edge of the hole for oil
plug 2.
• Fit oil plugs 1 and 2 and
tighten them.
• Fit the guard.
• Oil amount when changing oil;

• Use a suitable tool to remove
oil plug 4,5 and 6.
• Let the oil flow into a suitable
container.
• Allow the last of the oil to drip
out of the transmission for

• Fit oil plug 6 and tighten it..
• Fill the new oil through the hole
for oil plug 4.
• The correct oil level is reached
when the oil reaches the edge
of the hole for oil plug 5.
• Fit oil plugs 4 and 5 and tighten
them.
