• Unscrew locknut (13) using
adjustable wrench and take
away protective washer (15).
• Hit the extension (14), from
side (D) on bolt surface
positions in order to extract it
from extension (9), using a
chisel and hammer, paying
attention not damage the
extension (14) surface, pick
up inner ring (18).

• Unbend cotter pins (21) and
remove it, using a pliers.
• Unscrew castle nuts (3), using
adjustable wrench.
• Hit the shaft (11), from side
(C) in order to extract it from
extensions, pick up gear (6),
protective washer (20), shim
(4a) and inner ring (17a).
• Disassemble gear (7), shim
(4), protective washer (20)
and inner ring (17) from shaft
(11), using an extractor.

Tools : Hammer, extractor,
chisel, snap ring pliers, pliers,
adjustable wrench.
• Hit the shaft (10), from side
(B) in order to extract it from
housing, pick up gear (12),
inner ring (17) and outer ring
(16).
• Disassemble inner ring (16),
using an extractor, snap ring
(22), from shaft (10).
• Disassemble outer ring (17)
from housing, using pipe and
hammer.

• Disassemble oil seal (30), cap
(29), using a chisel and
hammer.
• Disassemble snap rings (23),
take away shims (5).
