NB! Older models had a steel
insert inside the cone as shown
below.
• Fit the top protection.• Fit the two bracket shown at the
bottom of the cone. Use Nord-
Lock washers and tighten the
bolts with the torque shown 90
Nm (67 ft /lb). (You no longer
need the bushes as the
aluminium parts have the same
height around the bolt holes.
• Fit the 2 insert inside the grove
and bolt them on the cone.
Note; In case Nor-Lock washers
came apart, take care that the wide
ribs are pointing to each other!
• For non Quick-Fit; placement
of spacers is between the two
parts to bring the protection
lower.
• For Quick-Fit; placement of
spacers is on bottom side to
bring protection higher.
• Check the space between bolt
head and upper protection,
space supposed to be at least
10 mm. (
