Lubrication safety and use
of oil
Oils and lubricants contain additives that under certain
circumstances can have serious consequences for your health.
Therefore, when using oil and lubricants be aware of the following:
• Avoid direct contact with these agents. They can damage the
skin.
• Protect your skin with barrier cream or protective gloves.
• Never use oil or lubricants to clean your hands.
• Clothes contaminated with oil should be changed immediately.
• Oily cloths should not be kept in your pockets.
• Used oil must be collected and sent to a disposal company,
where the oil will be processed in accordance with the
regulations in force.
• Seek medical help if skin is injured by oil or lubricants.
