Safety in connection with maintenance work on the machine
When working on the machine the tractor must be stopped and
secured. This prevents the PTO shaft from suddenly starting to
rotate. Failure to follow the safety instructions may result in
serious injuries.
When working on the machine:
• The tractor's PTO must be disconnected.
• The cutting unit must be lowered to the ground.
• The tractor engine must be stopped.
• The ignition key must be removed.
• The hand brake must be activated.
• The tractor must be prevented from rolling.
Failure to secure the tractor to prevent it from rolling could
endanger lives.
