To connect this EasyConn plug, please use the
standard PROFIBUS cable type A (EN50170). Starting
with release 5 you also can use highly flexible bus
cable:

Strip" de-isolating tool that makes the connection of the
EasyConn much easier.

CAUTION!
The terminating resistor is only ef
fective, if the con-
nector is installed at a bus participant and the bus par-
ticipant is connected to a power supply.
The tightening torque of the screws to fix the connector
to a device must not exceed 0.02Nm!
