Operating with turn-around
wheels (applies to A25ETR)
Turning in tunnel (dump body must be empty)
1 Steer to full lock.
2 Brake the machine in place, by applying the service brakes.
3 Lift up the back end.
4 Swing the back end, by using the steering.
5 Lower the back end.
6 Release the brake.
When needed, repeat steps 1-6.
IMPORTANT! When turning the machine with the turn-around
wheels, turn smoothly and slowly. Fast and rough turning
subjects the turn-around wheels to stresses that shorten the
equipment's service life.
WARNING!
When the machine has been turned, check that the
indicator light for turn-around wheels is off. Due to the
weight of the turn-around wheels they may lower during
operation. When the turn-around wheels are too low, the
warning light comes on. Lift up the turn-around wheels until
the warning light turns off.
