Reminder
Review reminders
When playback begins, the total number of reminders is announced.
Before each reminder, you hear the day and time of the recording. After
the last reminder, the screen displays End of reminder and you hear,
“End of reminder.”
To play reminders with a cordless handset:
Press MENU when the handset is not in use.
Press or to scroll to Reminder, then press SELECT.
Press SELECT to select Review. The reminders play automatically.
Options during playback:
Press VOL
+
or VOL
-
to adjust the reminder playback volume.
Press 4 to repeat the current reminder.
Press 5 to stop the playback.
Press 6 to skip to the next reminder.
Press to switch between the handset speakerphone and the
handset earpiece.
Press DELETE to delete the current reminder. The screen displays
Reminder deleted. The system announces, “Reminder deleted.”
To play reminders with the telephone base:
Press MENU when the telephone base is not in use.
Press or to scroll to Reminder, then press SELECT.
Press SELECT to select Review reminder. The reminders
play automatically.
Options during playback:
Press qVOL or pVOL to adjust the reminder playback volume.
Press /STOP to stop the playback.
Press EDIT to edit the reminder.
Press X/DELETE to delete the current announcement. The screen
displays Reminder deleted. The system announces, “Reminder deleted.”
To play reminders with a pendant:
Use the voice command feature (see page 120).
