Display screen messages
INTERCOM TO:
You have started the intercom process, and need
to enter the number of the device you wish to call.
Less than 3 min
The answering system recording time is less
than three minutes.
Line in use
An extension phone, or one of the handsets or
the telephone base is in use.
Low battery
The handset battery needs to be recharged.
Microphone ON
The mute function is turned off and the other
party can hear you.
Missed Reminder
There are reminders that have not been reviewed.
Muted
The mute function is turned on. The other party
cannot hear you but you can hear the other
party.
Memory full
The answering system has no remaining
recording time.
New voicemail
There are new voicemail messages from your
telephone service provider.
No answer.
Try again.
When you send out an intercom request,
the destination device is in use, out of range,
not powered, or does not answer within
100 seconds.
When you send out a transfer request, the
destination device is in use, out of range or
not powered.
No battery
The handset in the handset charger has no
battery installed.
No line
There is no telephone line connected.
Not available at
this time
Someone else is already accessing the
phonebook, caller ID log or answering system.
