Multiple handset use
Transfer a call during an intercom call
Use the intercom feature to transfer an outside call to another cordless
handset, pendant or the telephone base.
To transfer a call with a cordless handset:
During a call, press MENU, then press or to scroll
to Intercom, then press SELECT.
If you have only one handset, the handset
shows Calling BASE 0. The telephone base
rings and shows HANDSET 1 is calling.
If you have two or more handsets/pendants,
your handset shows INTERCOM TO:
Press or to scroll to the desired device and
then press SELECT. You may also enter a
destination handset number (1-9), or enter
0 for the telephone base, followed
by 0-2 for HANDSET 10 to HANDSET
12, or followed by # for all devices.
The destination device rings. The
destination handset/telephone base
shows HANDSET X is calling.
Your handset shows Calling HANDSET X/Calling
BASE 0/Calling all pendants/Calling all devices.
To answer the intercom call on the destination
handset, press

or any dialing key (0-9 or
). Both handsets now show Intercom.

To answer the intercom call at the telephone base, lift the corded
handset, or press SPEAKER or any dialing key (0-9 or ).
Both devices now show Intercom.

To answer the intercom call on a pendant, press .
