Answering system settings
To record an announcement with the telephone base:
Press MENU when the base is not in use,
then press SELECT to select
Answering system.
Press SELECT again to select
Announcement.
Press SELECT again to select
Record new annc. The system announces,
“Record after the tone. Press SAVE when
you are done.” After the tone, speak
towards the microphone.
Press SAVE when done. The answering
system automatically plays back the newly
recorded announcement, then returns to the
previous menu. During the playback, you
can press STOP to stop or press RECORD
to record again.

Press BACK to return to the previous menu.
