7.4 INTERRUPTING THE COATING PROCESS OF SPRINT 2 B (BOX)
NOTICE
Powder residues and sticking fluid disk!
Equipment damage and danger of blockage.
4 Before the control unit is deactivated, the feed unit must be pulled out of the
powder tank.
4 At every work interruption, blow through the powder spray gun and the powder
feeding parts and clean any powder residues.
1. Release the trigger lever on the spray gun.
ð The high voltage and the powder feed are deactivated.

2. Lift the feed unit up and out of the tank until retaining clamp 1 swivels downwards.
3. Lower the feed unit into the parking position and swivel it to the right side so that no
more powder is feed.

4. Hold the gun in the spray booth and start the flush function by pressing the
[Flush]button(2).
ð The injector and hoses are flushed.
5. Switch off control unit.
