    What to do if Wavetek TETRA MS Test Test Equipment MEASURE mode shows no results?

      If the Wavetek Test Equipment in MEASURE mode displays no results, there could be a couple of reasons. First, ensure a signal is present at the connector indicated in the DEF.SET menu (RF or RF-DIR). Second, the signal source might be on a different frequency than expected. Verify the mobile station's actual TX frequency using the Spectrum ANALYZER and adjust the channel number and Channel 0 TX Frequency accordingly.

      If the MS does not register with the STABILOCK 4032 in CALL mode, consider the following: 1. The frequency might be incorrect; determine the channels used by the system for which the MS is programmed and enter the channel 0 frequency in the DEF.SET mask. 2. The setup might be for the wrong connector; check if the signal is applied to the same connector as indicated in the DEF.SET menu (RF or RF-DIR; the RF-DIR socket provides 20 dB higher input/output level). 3. The MCC (mobile country code) and/or MNC (mobile network code) might be wrong; select MCC according to the country in which the MS is used. A list of MCC’s is provided in the appendix of this manual.

      If the result fields in MEASURE mode of your Wavetek Test Equipment display "-----", it could be due to these reasons: * The signal might be unmodulated or using a modulation format other than TETRA. * The RF power might be too low. Ensure you're applying at least –15 dBm or 0.03 mW to the RF connector. You can verify the mobile station’s power level using the Spectrum ANALYZER.
