MCC The Mobile Country Code of the simulated system.
It is important to use the MCC of the home system
of the mobile station under test. Some examples of
valid MCCs are listed in section "MCC codes" in the
appendix.
MNC The Mobile Network Code of the simulated system.
It is important to use the MNC of the home system
of the mobile station under test.
BCC The Base station Color Code to be used by the
simulated system. Valid values are in the range
from 1 to 63. This parameter is not critical to the
success of a measurement.
Loc.Area The Location Area Code determines the individual
base station or cell within the network. Valid values
are in the range from 0 to 16383. This parameter is
not critical to the success of a measurement.
BS-CALL type Four different choices are available: simplex, du-
plex, simplex direct through and duplex direct
through. An error message will appear if a mobile
does not support the latter three ones. The "direct
through" choices directly demand the mobiles to the
traffic channel without having the need of pressing
a PTT button.
Start The STABILOCK RF output level (dBm) where the
search function "paging sensitivity" starts to work.
Step Increment at which the RF output power level of
the STABILOCK is decreased during the paging
sensitivity test."
