General Information
1
ELEVATOR LIFT VALVE
Located on the front axle of the mainframe.
1. Elevator Raise/Lower Spool
2. Main System Relief Valve - Adjusts main system pressure.
Relieves system pressure in the event of pressure compensator
failure.
3. Elevator Down Pressure Relief - Adjusts the down pressure of
the elevator raise/lower cylinders.
ELEVATOR VALVE
Located on the right side of the elevator, behind the front hopper.
1. Elevator Baffle Open/Close Spool
2. Hopper Clean Out Open/Close Spool
3. Push Roller Extend/Retract Spool
4. Hopper Dump Raise/Lower Spool
5. Vibrator Run Spool
CONVEYOR VALVE
1. Conveyor Swing Left/Right Spool
2. Conveyor Raise/Lower Spool
3. Conveyor Down Pressure Relief - Adjusts the down pressure
of the elevator raise lower cylinders.
4. Conveyor Cleanout Open/Close Spool
5. Generator Run Spool
6. Auxiliary System Pressure Test Port - Pressure should measure
2800 psi.
