Saving and recalling job data

Storing Job Templates (continued)
The SAVE screen is displayed, showing the
unused
template locations.
Locations that actually contain a template already are not displayed.
Choose an unused location, and enter its location using the numeric keypad.
Press the Enter key to confirm the choice.
The settings from the current copy job are saved at the location entered; and
a confirming message is displayed.
The operator may choose to replace the contents of a used location with the
current job settings information. If the operator chooses a location that
already contains information, the TEMPLATE IS IN USE screen is displayed.
Press the Enter key to overwrite the contents. Press the Exit key to cancel
the operation.
