Component Tests (continued)
Output Tests
The OUTPUT tests allow the operation of the Exposure Lamp and the Motor
to be checked.
Select OUTPUT from the COMPONENT TESTS menu.
The OUTPUT screen is displayed.
Press the Next key or the Previous key to highlight the item to be tested.
Press the Enter key to confirm the choice of that item. Press the Next key
to change the state of the item, and press the enter key to confirm the
choice. For example, highlight LAMP, press the Enter key to enter the
LAMP function, then press Enter to switch the Lamp off and on. Press the
Exit key to leave the LAMP function.
To check the directional switching of the Motor, first switch the Motor on,
then select DIRECTION and press the Enter key to switch the direction from
FORWARD to REVERSE, then back to FORWARD again. The Motor and
Drive Rolls should change the direction of rotation appropriately.
Press the Exit key to leave the OUTPUT screen. The Exposure Lamp will be
automatically switched on, and the Motor will be automatically switched off.
