About This Guide
Throughout this User Guide some terms are used:
• Paper is the same as media.
• Document is the same as original.
• XeroxPhaser 3635 is the same as the machine / device.
The following table offers further information about the conventions used within
this Guide.
Most option screens include three buttons to confirm or cancel your choices.
•The Undo button resets the current screen to the values that were displayed
when the screen was opened.
•The Cancel button resets the screen and returns to the previous screen.
•The Save button saves the selections made and returns to the previous screen.

Used to alert users to the possibility of
personal injury.

Caution
Cautions are statements that suggest
mechanical damage as a result of an
