Logfile entry Description Optional Error

[w], [y], [z]
The user indicated in field [u] established a connection with
log in order indicated in field [w] to ipVG (0=first, 1=second,
etc.). Depending on connection mode and configuration, the
following additional information can be displayed.
Field [v]= connection established by:
l IM= internal remote data transmission adapter (e.g.
ISDN Card)
l EM= external remote data transmission adapter (e.g.
MODEM)
l NW = Network
l UB = USB
l UN = Unknown
Field [y]= Connection cause:
l R= Receiver dialup
l A= Alarm call triggered by ipVG
l S= Service call triggered by ipVG (every 24 hours)
Field [z] = indicates the temperature observed in the device.

[D&T], Alarmcall OK:
[x], AR:[y]
The transmitter creates a logfile entry if an alarm call was
successful. The entry will be created immediately after the
“login” entry. It indicates that the alarm call to the device (IP
address in field [x]) was successful.
Field [y] indicates the alarm reason (AR) Example: „Alarmcall
OK: 192.168.31.6, AR:25“

The user indicated in field [w] terminated the connection with
log in order indicated in field [y] to ipVG (0=first, 1=second,
etc.). Field [z] indicates the cause of termination:
l CMD = Termination by receiver software command
(standard)
l DCD = Modem, ISDN-TA, or TCP/IP alarm adapter
Data Carrier Detection was deactivated (standard)
l TI Timeout = No data transmission possible for 60
seconds (error)
l ADC = AlarmDisConnect, caused by alarm (optional
feature, to be set with device configuration)
