4. OPERATION PROCEDURE
Sterilize & Dry
Sterilization
When chamber temperature reaches temperature setting, the
sterilization stage begins.
→Main display shows chamber temperature.
→Sub display shows remaining sterilization time.
→Sterilize process lamp flashes.
→Sterilize & Dry menu lamp lights.
Drain
When sterilization is complete, the solenoid drain valve
opens, draining all water from the chamber, and the drying
heater turns on.
→Main display shows chamber temperature.
→Sub display flashes .
→Dry process lamp flashes.
→Sterilize & Dry menu lamp lights.
Air Purge
When chamber has drained, the solenoid drain valve closes.
The solenoid exhaust valve opens to purge air from the
chamber.
→Main display shows chamber temperature.
→Sub display flashes .
→Dry process lamp flashes.
→Sterilize & Dry menu lamp lights.
Heating
When all air has been purged from the chamber, temperature
begins building.
→Main display shows chamber temperature.
→Sub display is blank.
→Dry process lamp lights.
→Sterilize & Dry menu lamp lights.
Drying
The drying stage begins when chamber temperature comes
to within 4°C of temperature setting.
→Main display shows chamber temperature.
→Sub display shows remaining time.
→Dry process lamp lights.
→Sterilize & Dry menu lamp lights.
