Increase speed loop gain (Pn100)
and position loop gain (Pn102).
C Motor load was excessive.
Reduce load torque or inertia. If
problem persists, replace with a
larger capacity motor.
D
Position reference pulse fre-
quency was too high.
•Increase or decrease reference
pulse frequency.
•Add smoothing function.
•Correct electronic gear ratio.
E Circuit board (1PWB) defective. Replace servo amplifier.
