Note: A and B tend to occur in a servo amplifier with a capacity of 500W or
higher.

A
One phase (L1, L2, or L3) of the
main circuit power supply is dis-
connected.
• Check power supply.
• Check wiring of the main circuit
power supply.
• Check MCCB, noise filter, mag-
netic contactor.
B
There is one phase where the line
voltage is low.
Check power supply.
C Servo amplifier defective. Replace servo amplifier.
When the main circuit’s
power supply is turned ON.
When the control power
is turned ON.
