To make a safe transfer to a boss’s phone:
1. Tap More ->Safe Tran during a call. The call is placed on hold.
When the boss answers the call, the call will be transferred to the boss successfully.
When the boss is not available to answer the transferred call or rejects the transferred call,
the delegate’s phone displays as “Transfer Failed”. The delegate can tap Resume to
resume the call.
Placing a Call on Behalf of a Boss
The delegate can make calls on behalf of his assigned boss’s lines.
To place a call on behalf of a boss’s line:
1. Tap Contacts->Bosses.
2. Tap on the right of the desired boss.
