Set Action URL via web interface:
1) Choose Phone->Action URL
2) Enter the Corresponding contents.
3) Click Confirm to save the changes.
The format of http URL is like this: http://internal.server.net/help.xml?
This URL can be user defined. Replace internal.server.net by the server IP address.
